Altoona, Pa., Aug. 19, 1928. Louis Meyer (8) won the 200-miler. Pole-sitter Leon Duray finished eighth and the outside front-row starter, Bob McDonogh, finished second.



Duray's Miller on display at Macy's in New York in May 2009 as part of the Izod Indy exhibit.
